Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you won't be charged at all. If you cancel after the trial period, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
After your 14-day free trial ends, you'll need to choose a subscription plan to continue using Allen Zhong. If you don't select a plan, your account will be temporarily suspended, but your data will be preserved for 30 days. You can reactivate your account anytime by subscribing to a plan.
We offer a 30-day full refund policy. If you're not satisfied with Allen Zhong within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund by contacting us at support@allenzhong.com. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. If you upgrade from monthly to yearly, the change will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the yearly rate. If you downgrade from yearly to monthly, the change will take effect at the end of your current yearly billing cycle.
Currently, Allen Zhong is designed for solo blue-collar professionals. Each subscription is for a single user account. If you're interested in team or multi-user plans, please contact us at support@allenzhong.com and we'll notify you when team plans become available.
